Creative Marketing Intern
About Nearal
Nearal is an app aimed towards location-based professional networking, integrating social, local, and mobile (SoLoMo) opportunities into a single platform. What you’ll do
Nearal marketing team is looking for a creative to work with us in reimagining the customer experience across the entire lifecycle of our product. This individual will be working with the company to research and understand target consumers, analyze their psychological needs and livelihoods, and come up with creative solutions for marketing, promotion, and user growth.
We prefer not to adhere to traditional methods of marketing, which are oftencostly and inefficient. Through the generation of viral content via social media, we hope to quickly achieve exponential growth. Viral content can be anything from a short movie to a video game to a song; the majority of the creative ideation is left to the individual to decide. And our tech team will work with you to implement your creative ideas.
Your Responsibilities
Research about target users’ behavior and psychological needs
Collaborate with cross-functional business and engineering to align requirements and implement your work
Utilize insights from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to improve business models
Creative ideation and planning
Publish viral content to social network platforms
Requirements
Background in UX design and/or Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field
Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX, HCI, graphic design, multimedia, or a related field
A portfolio/or psychological research articles that demonstrates your creative talent, and your understanding of human beings,
Knowledge and understanding of user-centered design and product development
Experience using user-research methods, analytics, and other insights to guide product direction
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as time management

Job description
Create extraordinary user-centered designs while incorporating business requirements, product learning, and customer feedback
Design the architecture, UI, and interaction flow of new business seller tools
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
Communicate your design work and negotiate future direction with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners and executives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design or equivalent
Passion for the craft and the ability to showcase ideas using the latest design and prototyping tools
Outstanding perspective on design and technology trends
A portfolio that showcases relevant design projects and includes your design processes, past explorations, and final work
Able to understand detail and find streamlined solutions that satisfy users
Experience collaborating with product developers

iOS/Swift Developer

Job description
Design, program and test software
Author and maintain relevant documentation for developers, clients, and users
Develop and refine prototypes to confirm requirements
Program according to project plans (versions, sprints)
Lead release and post-release activities such as support, versioning, and maintenance
Collaborate with our designers to create interfaces that are compatible with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
Peer review other team members’ code
Support marketing and project managers with technical insights, assisting with the establishment of budgets and schedules for projects

Android Developer

Job description

Requirements
2+ years of developing software with preference given to those who have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Solid understanding and practical knowledge of the full mobile development and application life cycle
Solid understanding of Android UX/UI guidelines and practices
Has explored the Android Architecture Components
Experience with Android using Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, and Git
Experience with mobile development issues related to performance optimization, caching and security
Familiar with Architecture patterns (MVP/MVVM, etc.)
Familiar with REST, GraphQL, and JSON
Strong communication skills with the willingnessto share insights and expectations
